right. since you convinced me. sam could be steph's form tutor or whatever it is you guys call it as well as her english teacher. i don't know, maybe sam can see his ex/his daughter/i really don't know in steph. two secs... i think i'm just gonna write out a load of rubbish and then you can look through it ;D

steph asks sam mr smith for help with some sort of work or whatever i really don't know. maybe she finds out about his daughter and is like "ouu i can babysit!" and he doesn't see anything wrong with that.

OU THEY COULD BE LIKE ROSE AND DIMITRI FROM VAMPIRE ACADEMY. where she has a crush and he tries to look past it and does pretty well... for a while. but he ends up helping her out of sticky situations or something and then someone charms a necklace with lust and- wait, that's too vampire academy. where was i?

so yeah, he ends up looking out for her, probably more than a teacher should for his student. idk and then it escalates or something.
