This is Olivia Daniele Collins, Liv, or Livvy if you're brave. She's sixteen, and having just moved to Carmel from Illinois with her father and eighteen year old brother, is a new sophomore at Carmel. She plays guitar, and loves to dance. Singing is a favorite pastime of hers, however, outside of her shower head, she's never had much of an audience. She seems very confident, and put together, but really, she's very hesitant to open herself up to anyone. Just before leaving Illinois, she went through a really bad breakup, and lost quite a few friends because of it. This changed the way she saw herself, the way she acted around people, and the way she views life in general. When her dad announced the divorce, and subsequent move, Olivia couldn't bring herself to be upset. She saw this as a way to not only get away from bad memories, but also to kind of reinvent herself.

She needs friends, enemies, any kind of relationship. Any ideas?

LUKE && Olivia

Luke needs buddies and so far he doesn't get along with a lot of people from school, because of his bad rep. Since she didn't know anything about that, maybe they met during the summer? He's trying to put together a band, so they could have met if she would be interested in joining. If she's going through a rough patch and needs a fun friend, he's definitely the guy, if she can stomach him. Once he realized she was going through stuff, whatever it was, and needed a friend, having just moved to Carmel, Luke actually wouldn't be a jerk, but he'd try to be nice to her. At least as nice as he could be, haha.

BONNIE AND OLIVIA,

i think that bonnie would be the type of girl who walks up to olivia on the first day and introduces herself and hopes that they could be friends. bonnie could tell her all about vocal adrenaline and such, and basically just a good friend for olivia. =D
what do you think?

LUKE && OLIVIA

I think Olivia would have been drawn to Luke when they met, because she could tell he was different from her old friends, even without knowing of his reputation. She would appreciate his attitude, and trust him to at least be honest with her. I think the band is a good idea, she would see it as an opportunity to get to know people, and also to play guitar, which is one of her favorite things to do.

BONNIE && OLIVIA

I think Olivia would be receptive toward a potential friendship with Bonnie, but Bonnie somewhat reminds her of her old friends, so it would be difficult for Olivia to let her in right away. She would listen to what Bonnie had to say about Vocal Adrenaline, but she isn't very confident in her singing abilities. She would like to be friends with Bonnie, but it would take time for her to be able to convince herself she could trust her.
