 this is april rhodes. you may have heard of her, probably not. she was only on broadway for a few months, and that did not make her a household name. she's a recovering alcoholic and the new director of carmel high's glee club, vocal adrenaline. i use the term loosely. no, not the director part, the recovering alcoholic part. she's gonna need some friends and enemies, and lovers. oh, and students.

STEPHANIE && APRILstephanie is defiantly a fan of april, and is proud to call her the director of va, although there are others who think otherwise, and even if april's styles of coaching is different. i think i cute little teacher-student friendship would be... cute.
wait.... director-student... since she isn't really a teacher.

ivory ++ aprili could see ivory being a little scared and hesitant. she's used to the intense feeling when it comes to rehearsals and practice. so with april's free-er methods, she'll be completely baffled. she's probably gonna be one of those people who think april's a little insane and just go "wtf?"

BONNIE + APRILmethinks it would take a while to get used to april, after a year of shelby who did things a certain way, april's attitude to things would probably confuse her because they're not the same. she'll get used to them though, and probably really come to like coach rhodes :D

APRIL && STEPHANIEa director/student thing would be adorable, i agree. i don't think april's going to have a lot of allies to start out, so something like that would help her. april will have someone to go to if she has a question about how shelby did things.
APRIL && IVORYhahaha! especially if april like, walks out on stage and starts belting things out. i don't think shelby did things like that. ivory's reactions would be priceless!
APRIL && BONNIEmaybe april can suggest, i don't know, some sort of advice to bonnie that gets her to like her more? like when she was in nd, but not quite that extreme, hehe. |

JULES && APRIL
i don't think jules really cares how things will be run in comparison to shelby's ways to be honest, so he'll welcome her methods of running the club with open arms. he works pretty hard in va and just gets down to business once rehearsal starts. jules knows how to express himself through music but there is a lot that he's holding back on that he doesn't want to showcase. i know she's not superwoman, but could she somehow notice this and encourage him to let it all out?
